The 2025 edition of the Radicchiotage am Deutschnonsberg was held from September 26 to October 26, 2025, spread over five weekends. In the participating restaurants of Alta Val di Non - Cervo, Zur Sonne, Pfitscher, Zur Lärche (Proveis), and Neue Post (Proveis) - freshly harvested winter radicchio was served in numerous interpretations, from braised and grilled dishes to ravioli fillings and even desserts.

Alongside the menus, the program offered showcooking with local chefs, cooking classes, exhibitions, visits to the plateau's historical bunkers, and a Sunday farmers' market with local products. The event, organized by the Tourismusverein Deutschnonsberg with the DELEG cooperative, confirmed the Deutschnonsberg radicchio as the star of the autumn gastronomic season in Alta Val di Non, in the Municipality of Proves/Proveis and nearby villages in the province of Bolzano.
