Edition 2025 — Radeiner Herbstgenuss

The 2025 edition of the Radeiner Herbstgenuss took place on Sunday, October 5, in Radein, a village in Aldein, starting in the afternoon at 3:00 PM. Along the path between the village farms, gourmet stations offered dumplings, charcoal-grilled roasts with polenta, Radein pasture ox meat, and mountain desserts, accompanied by three-part choirs, alpine horns, and the cracking of the Goaslschnöller whips.

Radeiner Herbstgenuss 2025

On Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 3:00 PM, the village of Radein in the Aldein municipality hosted a new edition of the Radeiner Herbstgenuss. Visitors walked the gourmet trail between the farms, tasting the autumn specialties of the Bassa Atesina region.

Highlights of the day included: the trio of dumplings with stone pine butter and mountain cheese, the Hofburger from the Mansuethof with rustic potatoes, Schopfbraten grilled over charcoal with polenta cooked in a copper cauldron, and mountain desserts. The day was enlivened by alpine folklore, with choirs, alpine horns, and the traditional Goaslschnöller beneath the Weißhorn.

3:00 PM: Opening of the gourmet stations along the trail between the farms of Radein. Continuous tastings of autumn specialties (dumplings, charcoal-grilled roast, polenta, pasture ox meat, mountain desserts). Musical entertainment with three-part choirs, alpine horns, and Goaslschnöller.
