Edition 2025 — QOCO Andria

The 2025 edition of QOCO – A Thread of Oil on the Plate confirmed the international competition formula in Andria, dedicated to young Mediterranean chefs and the local extra virgin olive oil. Twinning dinners in city restaurants, a competition at Villa Carafa, and a final celebration in the square brought the Apulian city to life in late February.

QOCO 2025 in Andria

The 2025 edition of QOCO – A Thread of Oil on the Plate renewed the appointment in Andria, Puglia, with the international culinary competition dedicated to young Mediterranean chefs. Once again, Terra di Bari PDO extra virgin olive oil was the star ingredient of the competing dishes.

The program followed the proven formula: Twinning Dinners in city restaurants, with international cooks paired with local chefs, the competition at Villa Carafa before the technical jury, and the public awards ceremony with new oil tastings. An event organized by the Municipality of Andria together with Slow Food Puglia and the National Association of Oil Cities, capable of combining gastronomic culture, promotion of the territory, and Mediterranean hospitality.
