Edition 2025 — Black Truffle of Pecorara
The 34th edition of the Review of Black Truffle of Pecorara was held on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Pecorara, a hamlet of the Municipality of Alta Val Tidone, in the province of Piacenza.
On Saturday evening, starting at 8 PM, Borgo Mulino Lentino hosted the dinner-tasting "Nero in Tavola": a multi-course journey, from appetizers to dessert, built around the De.Co. Black Truffle and local products. On Sunday morning, meeting in Pecorara's square, the guided walk in the woods took place with a trifolao, to witness the truffle search with dogs firsthand. Along the village streets, there were also food stalls and a market of typical products and forest delicacies. The 2025 edition was the one visited by Unpli inspectors, a evaluation that led to the awarding of the "Sagra di Qualità" mark starting from 2026.
