Ponte Lambro Festival

A festival for an outlying district

The Ponte Lambro Festival was created to give a voice and space to one of Milan's most peripheral and distinctive districts, in Municipality 4. The event takes place at Parco Serrati, at Via Giacinto Serrati Menotti 9, and for one day transforms the green area into a meeting point for residents, associations, and families.

A program for all ages

The day brings together different forms of expression: musical workshops, theatre and clown shows, spaces dedicated to swapping, the neighbourhood library, a food area, and numerous surprises designed for the little ones. A mix that well reflects the project's spirit: culture, social interaction, and participation, experienced in the district's spaces.

Part of the Peace&Sport project

The festival is part of the Peace&Sport 2026 program by Municipality 4 of Milan (Province of Milan, Lombardy), created in collaboration with the OUTSIDE association. This is the third edition of an event that, year after year, has become an anticipated moment for the Ponte Lambro community, an opportunity to come together and rediscover the value of the district's public spaces.

Ponte Lambro, a district that tells its story

Ponte Lambro is a small district on the south-eastern edge of Milan, nestled between the ring road and the Lambro River, with a history of marginalization but also of strong identity and a vibrant network of associations. For this reason, the Festa di Ponte Lambro holds a value that goes beyond a single day: it is a way to give visibility to the district, enhance its energies, and create opportunities for encounters between the different generations and communities that live there. Initiatives such as workshops, swap spaces, and the neighbourhood library reflect an idea of a festival made not only of entertainment but also of participation, nurturing connections, and caring for children, in line with the spirit of the Peace&Sport program of Municipality 4.
