The Municipality 4 Festival is the major annual event that celebrates the territory and its many associative realities. It takes place in Piazza Gabrio Rosa, in Milan, and spans an entire weekend, from morning to evening, transforming the square into a meeting point for residents, associations, and families.

The program is particularly dedicated to the local associative realities: during the two days, socio-sport activities, workshops, sports moments, and professional entertainment follow one another. Part of the Peace&Sport project

The festival is part of the Peace&Sport 2026 program of Municipality 4 of Milan (Province of Milan, Lombardy), created in collaboration with the OUTSIDE association. Throughout the year, the project promotes a culture of peace through sport, music, and community activities. With its free admission and strongly participatory approach, the Municipality 4 Festival represents one of its most significant moments.
