Edition 2025 — Polenta Taragna Ghisalba

The first edition of the Polenta Taragna Festival brought three days dedicated to taragna and Bergamascan culinary specialties to the Ghisalba Festival Area, with casoncelli, pizzoccheri, grilled meats, and live music. A debut that was immediately appreciated by the community.

In 2025, the Polenta Taragna Festival debuted in Ghisalba, a new gastronomic fair dedicated to the symbolic dish of the Bergamascan tradition. At the Festival Area in via degli Albarelli, taragna, prepared with corn and buckwheat flour, butter, and cheese, was the star, accompanied by casoncelli, pizzoccheri, and grilled meats.

The first edition, accompanied by evenings of live music and moments dedicated to families, confirmed the Bergamascan community's love for its cuisine, laying the groundwork for an event destined to be repeated in the coming years.
