Pizzicotto Festival 2025

The 2025 Pizzicotto Festival was held in Latera, in the province of Viterbo, on Friday, August 8 and Saturday, August 9, with doors opening at 8:30 PM. As per tradition, the venue for the event was the Museum of the Earth on Via dell'Osteria.

Over the two evenings, the museum became a stage for flavors: the stars were the handmade pizzicotti, the pasta shape created by pinching bread dough, served alongside other Latera cuisine specialties. The dinners were accompanied by live folk music and an authentic, welcoming atmosphere, with tables set up outdoors under the stars and the possibility of visiting the exhibition spaces between courses.

Table reservations were made directly via message to the organizers, a now-standard format for a festival with limited capacity that prioritizes conviviality over large crowds.
