About Piantala
A Plant Market in the Former Paper Mill Spaces
Piantala is the travelling market exhibition dedicated to plants that stops at Spazio Fase, the event venue created from the former Pigna Paper Mill in Alzano Lombardo, Bergamo province. Within the vast industrial spaces, there are over 15,000 plants in more than 350 varieties, selected by the organization to be accessible, easy to care for, and suitable for any environment, from a small apartment to a house with a garden.
Workshops, Yoga, and Music
In addition to sales, Piantala offers a full program of guided thematic workshops: ranging from beginner terrariums to the basics of plant care, from hydroponics with seeds to kokedama, the ancient Japanese technique of moss balls. Accompanying the day are yoga sessions, networking moments, and live music, in a relaxed atmosphere designed for enthusiasts and the curious.
An Event for Greenery Lovers
Organized by Piantala Club, the event has become a reference point for plant lovers in the Bergamasca region and beyond. The setting of Spazio Fase, a few kilometers from Bergamo along the Val Seriana, adds charm to a weekend that combines shopping, learning, and well-being.

The 2026 edition of Piantala takes place at Spazio Fase, in Alzano Lombardo, on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, from 10:00 to 19:00. Over 15,000 plants in more than 350 varieties will be on display and for sale, alongside a program of thematic workshops, yoga, networking, and live music. Booking is recommended, with a choice of entry time slots.
