Petignano Tagliatella Festival

Twenty-first edition, July 31 - August 3, 2025

The 2025 edition of the Petignano Tagliatella Festival was held from July 31 to August 3 in the hamlet of Petignano, Orte (Viterbo), with its nerve center in Piazza del Plebiscito. The Comitato Borgo di San Lorenzo stalls opened in the late afternoon, with service until late at night.

As per tradition, the hand-rolled tagliatelle was offered in four versions — amatriciana, truffle, wild boar, and San Lorenzo style — accompanied by grilled meats, supplì, beans with pork rinds, and Roman-style tripe. Every evening featured dancing with live orchestras and bands, while the flea market, with vintage items, clothing, and antiques, enlivened the village streets for the entire duration of the festival. Admission remained free.
