A Feast for Two Towns

The Patronal Feast of Lesmo and Camparada is an event that unites two Municipalities in the province of Monza and Brianza, gathered in the Santa Maria Pastoral Community. Dedicated to Saint Mary of the Assumption, the feast celebrates the anniversary of the dedication of the parish church and traditionally takes place in July.

Faith and Celebrations

The religious heart of the feast is the main Sunday, with a solemn mass in the morning and, in the afternoon, the supplication to Saint Mary of the Assumption. The recurrence, linked to the anniversary of the church's dedication, renews the devotion of the two communities of Lesmo and Camparada.

Colors and Fun

Alongside the religious dimension, the feast offers a rich and festive program for all ages:

• the Color Run, a 5 km walk-run between the two towns, with participants covered in colored powders;
• the foam party and games for the younger ones;
• card tournaments and moments of conviviality;
• the dancing evening and the final fireworks.

The Feast of Lesmo and Camparada is one of the most heartfelt summer events in the Monza Brianza area: a mosaic of faith, tradition, and fun that involves children, young people, and families, renewing the bond between the two communities around their patron saint.
