The 2025 season in Prossedi

In the spring of 2025, no official communications or local reports regarding days of Paths and Flavors in the Castle in Prossedi were found: the event emerged consistently in the Province of Latina press starting with the edition of late May 2026, promoted by the Municipality with the contribution of the Lazio Region and Arsial.

The context, however, was already the same as it is today. The end of May is the period when the village of the Lepini Mountains is at its best: the olive groves and vineyards of the Amaseno Valley are in full vegetation, the dairies process the local buffalo milk, and the paths connecting the countryside to the archaeological sites are accessible without the summer heat. These are the same ingredients—local products, trails, historical heritage—that the event later systematized.
