Edition 2025 — Gricia Festival

In 2025, the Pasta alla Gricia Festival took place in Grisciano di Accumoli (Rieti) on August 17 and 18, organized by the Amici di Grisciano Association with the Pro Loco of Accumoli. In that edition as well, the Rieti village celebrated its most iconic dish, Gricia, amidst outdoor dining, typical products, and folk music.

Gricia Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Pasta alla Gricia Festival was held in Grisciano, a hamlet of the municipality of Accumoli in the province of Rieti, on August 17 and 18. As per tradition, the heart of the festival was the large plate of pasta alla gricia, seasoned with guanciale, pecorino romano, and black pepper, served to visitors by local volunteers.

Around the iconic dish, the event offered specialties of Rieti cuisine, typical local products, and moments of music and conviviality, confirming the value of the festival as a community and memory event for a territory marked by the 2016 earthquake.
