The Paiper Festival is an event that brings the historic center of Foligno, in the province of Perugia, back to the atmosphere of the '60s and '70s. Four days of music, art, culture, engines, fashion, games, cinema, and gastronomy that revive the charm of two iconic decades.
Where it takes place
The festival animates various locations in the center: Piazza San Domenico, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Matteotti, Piazza Don Minzoni, the Oratorio del Crocifisso, Palazzo Trinci, and the former Piermarini Theater. Each space hosts a part of the program, from the exhibition to the shows, from concerts to DJ sets.
What to see
Among the attractions: the exhibition of outfits worn by stars of the '60s and '70s, the vintage market, the exhibition of vintage cars, fashion shows, live concerts, and DJ sets. The common thread is Radio Paiper, which accompanies the days with music from the era. There is also a gala dinner at Palazzo Trinci.

The 2026 edition of the Paiper Festival takes place from June 26 to 29 and presents four days of music, fashion, engines, and pop culture from the '60s and '70s. The historic center of Foligno is transformed with exhibitions, markets, fashion shows, concerts, and DJ sets spread across the city squares and palaces.
The event combines entertainment and solidarity, with events dedicated to memory (like the talent show in memory of Gabriele Angeli) and tributes to the music of the era, culminating in a tribute to Renato Zero.

Thursday, June 26
- Oratorio del Crocifisso (10:30 AM - 11:00 PM) — Exhibition of outfits worn by stars of the '60s and '70s
- Piazza San Domenico — Vintage market in the afternoon; 9:00 PM talent show in memory of Gabriele Angeli, followed by a concert by Tonika Funk
- Palazzo Trinci — Gala dinner with DJ Roberto Cappellini, vocalist Raffaele Porzi, and guests Valeria Mancini and Roberto Giglioni
Friday, June 27
- Piazza San Domenico, 9:30 PM — Fashion show by Francesca Magrini, with guests Moà and Roberto Giglioni
Saturday, June 28
- Piazza della Repubblica, 11:00 PM — Paiper Family party with DJ Carlino Mix, DJ Carlo Marini, DJ Angelo Vitale, vocalist Fabio Pinchi, and the Paiperine show
Sunday, June 29
- Piazza San Domenico — "Ricomincio da Zero", tribute to Renato Zero with Sauro Alessi, and Bandiera Gialla

How to get there
Foligno is well connected by train (Rome-Ancona and Rome-Florence lines) and by car (SS75 and SS3 Flaminia). The events take place in the squares and palaces of the historic center.
Hours and admission
Stands open in the afternoon (around 5 PM) and the event continues until late at night. Free admission to the festival areas; some events (like the gala dinner) may require booking and a participation fee.
