Oyster Day (Birra del Borgo)

In March 2025, Birra del Borgo renewed its appointment with Oyster Day, opening the doors of its Borgorose (RI) brewery for the public brewing of the famous Perle ai Porci oyster stout. As per tradition, the day combined artisanal production with a program of tastings, tours, and special oyster-based dishes.

Visitors were able to get up close to the brewing stages, participate in guided oyster and beer pairing tastings, and experience the convivial atmosphere of the Il Bancone taproom, amidst the flavors of the sea and the Apennine mountains. An edition that confirmed the success of a format capable of showcasing the most experimental soul of the Rieti brewery every year.
