Edition 2025 — Trout and Crayfish Festival
How it went in 2025
In 2025, the festival confirmed the well-tested formula of two evenings in the square in front of the Santa Susanna Spring, in the Piedicolle area. The menu offered trout in oil with aromatic herbs, trout fillet, mezze maniche pasta with river crayfish sauce, and bruschetta with crayfish stew and garden herbs, all dishes made with local raw materials.
The evenings were accompanied by live music, an artisan market, and the exhibition of vintage tractors curated by the local association. The organization was handled by the Pro Loco of Rivodutri together with the Municipality and local associations, with a good turnout of visitors from all over the Rieti plain and southern Umbria.
