The Oratory Festival of Carugate is a long-standing event of the parish of Sant'Andrea Apostolo, in the Municipality of Carugate, in the province of Milan. It takes place in the last week of September and symbolically opens the new oratorian year of the Don Bosco Oratory, bringing the community together for days of games, music, and conviviality.

The Palio dei Rioni

The soul of the festival is the Palio dei Rioni: the four districts of Carugate compete in a series of fun games that involve both adults and children, in a climate of healthy competition and team spirit. It is the most anticipated moment, capable of igniting the enthusiasm of the entire town and strengthening the sense of belonging to the districts.

Food, inflatables, and evening events

Alongside the Palio, the festival offers the full repertoire of oratory festivals: food stands with a kitchen, bar, pizzeria, piadina stand, and bruschetta stand; attractions for children with inflatables and games; and evenings of music and entertainment. There are also moments like balloon launches and prize games, which complete a varied program suitable for all ages.
