The BiM festival in Bicocca
BiM Fest is the creative festival of BiM - Bicocca incontra Milano, the urban hub located on viale Piero e Alberto Pirelli, in the Bicocca district (Municipality 9) of Milan, Lombardy. For two days, the complex transforms into a meeting point for shopping, music, art, and socialising.
Market, music, and workshops
The heart of the festival is the market featuring dozens of selected contemporary artisans and designers, dedicated to fashion, accessories, illustrations, and independent creative products. Alongside the market, there are live concerts and DJ sets, talks with personalities from the world of culture, design, and fashion, creative workshops for adults and children (from watercolour to crochet), and art exhibitions.
An open and sustainable festival
BiM Fest also dedicates space to sustainability themes, with awareness areas on renewable energy and proposals for electric mobility. Admission is free, with a long weekend format allowing visitors to experience the space from morning until late at night (and until the early hours of Saturday morning).
Bicocca meets the city
Born as an identity-building event for the BiM project, the festival helps make Bicocca a vibrant district culturally, capable of attracting audiences from all over Milan and promoting emerging creative talent.
BiM Fest — edition 2026
The third edition of BiM Fest animates the BiM - Bicocca incontra Milano hub on September 27 and 28, 2026. The festival offers a large market with about 80 contemporary artisans and designers, accompanied by live concerts, DJ sets, talks, creative workshops, and exhibitions.
Admission is free, with a long Saturday (from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM) and a daytime Sunday (from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM), also dedicating space to sustainability and electric mobility themes.
