The Festival of Our Lady of the Pilastrello is the event of the year for Bresso, a town in the Metropolitan City of Milan that borders the Lombard capital. The festival is dedicated to Our Lady of the Pilastrello, the city's patron saint celebrated on October 4th, and is centered around the sanctuary of the same name in Piazza dell'Immacolata.

The Festival Committee has already launched related initiatives, including a competition for schools.
