Edition 2025 — Olive Oil and Olive Festival
On the weekend of December 13 and 14, 2025, Montefiascone hosted the Olive Oil and Olive Festival, included in the Municipality's Christmas program. The municipal Prato Giardino of Piazzale Roma welcomed the market exhibition of Tuscia producers, open from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM on Saturday and from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM on Sunday.
The program included guided tours, Slow Food workshops, an educational workshop for children, show cooking, guided tastings of extra virgin olive oil, and conferences dedicated to olive culture and the Mediterranean diet. The Councilor for Tourism Carla Mancini and the President of the Agriculture Council Giorgio Cacalloro were present, along with a delegation of specialized journalists invited to discover the typical products of the territory.
On Sunday, December 14, at 1:00 PM, the third edition of the Acquacotta Festival was held at the Oleificio Le Mosse, on the Via Cassia at km 97.600: menu with rustic appetizer, acquacotta, buglione-style stew, dessert, digestif, and coffee, water, and Est! Est!! Est!!! di Montefiascone wine, organized by the Santa Maria del Giglio Festival Committee.
