The 2025 edition
On August 22 and 23, 2025, Roccagorga hosted a new edition of "Non Solo Pizza e Fichi", with stands open from 7:00 PM in the Porta Nova area. Alongside the signature dish, pizza with Prosciutto della Rocca and September figs, the kitchen led by chef Massimo Orsini offered gourmet sandwiches, local charcuterie and cheese boards, reimagined first courses such as Amatriciana and lemon risotto with cherry tomatoes, fresh pasta parcels with pear and Roccagorga truffle cheese, buffalo stew, and spoon desserts.
The event, curated by Fulvio Macera of Cantine di Via Giardini with the patronage of the Municipality of Roccagorga and the collaboration of the Pro Loco, confirmed its successful formula: free admission, outdoor tables along the village streets, and live music until late at night. The event was part of the Lazio food festival calendar for the weekend of August 22-24, alongside festivals dedicated to hazelnuts, clams, and Cesanese wine.
