Night of the Sighs

The Night of the Sighs 2025, with the theme "La Follia", animated the port of Bisceglie on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Hosted by presenters Vito Romaniello and Marilena Farinola, the evening offered tastings of the Sospiro in numerous flavors — classic, without glaze, pistachio, mixed berries, coffee, lemon, and chocolate — alongside the popular savory versions and gluten-free and lactose-free variants.

It was a record-breaking edition: attendance grew by over 20% compared to 2024, with audiences arriving from Puglia, Basilicata, and Campania, as well as numerous tourists. The plastic-free formula was confirmed, and the event strengthened Bisceglie's image as the capital of Puglian sweetness, in collaboration with the "La Dolce Puglia" format.

Saturday, September 20, 2025 — Port of Bisceglie

• 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM — Show Area: magic shows, fire-breathers, and street artists
• 7:00 PM — Stage Area: "La Dolce Puglia", stories of typical sweets from the six Puglian provinces
• 8:30 PM — Stage Area: "La Ballata del Dialetto" with Nicola Ambrosino and Beppe Carone
• 9:15 PM — Stage Area: "Appassionante", musical show by the Trio
• 11:15 PM — Fireworks display by the Historical Pastry Shops Association of Bisceglie

• Presentation of new savory Sospiro variants (ham and Philadelphia, tuna and sun-dried tomato, salmon, tuna sauce, mortadella with ricotta and pistachio)
• Inclusive gluten-free and lactose-free versions
