Edition 2025 — New Oil and Novello Wine Festival
The 2025 New Oil and Novello Wine Festival took place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM on Via Malice, in the historic center of San Paolo di Civitate (FG). The event, organized by Pro Loco Civitas APS with the support of the municipality, offered tastings of the new Peranzana oil and local novello wine.
As per tradition, visitors were able to enjoy bean and sausage soup seasoned with freshly pressed oil and the typical cazz'malet dessert, tagliatelle cooked in grape must. A popular festive evening dedicated to the food and wine of the Alto Tavoliere and the promotion of local products.
