Edition 2025 — Nero Norcia

The 61st edition of Nero Norcia took place from February 21 to 23 and from February 28 to March 2, 2025. National Market Exhibition of the Prized Black Truffle with show cooking and guided tastings by chefs such as Fabio Cappiello, Luca Meoni, and Filippo Artioli, editorial presentations, concerts, theatrical performances, and an educational farm with donkeys.

The 61st edition of Nero Norcia was held over two weekends, from February 21 to 23 and from February 28 to March 2, 2025. The National Market Exhibition of the Prized Black Truffle featured a program rich in show cooking and tastings with renowned chefs such as Fabio Cappiello, Luca Meoni, and Filippo Artioli.

Among the cultural events were the presentation of the magazine "Nero Norcia" (February 21), the book "Mediae Terrae" by Guido Castelli (February 23), and the work "Appennino Bike Tour" by Sebastiano Venneri (March 1). Noteworthy were the concert "Il Nero: a sonic journey between mystery and spirituality" (February 22) and the theatrical performance "Il Norcino… in scena" by the Teatrotredici company (February 28). For families, there was an educational farm with donkeys and demonstrations of truffle hunting and extraction with Labrador puppies.

Second weekend — February 28-March 2

  • Friday 28 — theatrical performance "Il Norcino… in scena" by the Teatrotredici company
  • Saturday, March 1 — presentation "Appennino Bike Tour" by Sebastiano Venneri; tastings
  • Sunday, March 2 — concluding show cooking, educational farm, and truffle hunting demonstrations with dogs

Throughout the event: educational farm with donkeys, activities for children, and demonstrations of truffle extraction with Labrador puppies.
