National White Truffle Fair and San Martin Fair

The 2025 National White Truffle Fair and San Martin Fair brought Canelli to life on November 8 and 9. On Saturday evening, the Pala-Tartufo hosted "Una notte al Pala Pub" with sandwiches, grilled food, and music by the band No Basi.

Sunday the 9th was the highlight: at 11:00 AM, the official inauguration with the ribbon-cutting and a toast by the Consortium for the Protection of Asti; at noon, the awards ceremony for the White Truffle Exhibition and Competition (categories: best specimen, composition, and popular jury). Throughout the day, there were concerts by the Wind Orchestra, the parade of Trifulau and Tabuj, truffle sensory analysis, and in the evening, the theatrical performance "Lu Santu Jullare Francesco" at the Teatro Balbo. There was no shortage of food stalls, over a hundred market stands, the funfair, guided tours like "Classic Tour" and "Canelli Segreta," and workshops for children.
