Nalser Spargelwochen (Nalles Asparagus Weeks)

2025 Edition

In the spring of 2025, the Nalser Spargelwochen confirmed their role as a seasonal gastronomic event in Nalles, in the heart of the Adige Valley. Participating restaurants offered menus entirely dedicated to local asparagus for weeks, ranging from traditional preparations with speck to more modern interpretations.

As per tradition, the dishes were paired with white wines from the Nals Margreid Winery, while walks and cycling excursions allowed visitors to discover the asparagus fields and meet the farmers. The event, organized by the Nalles Tourist Association in the town of Nalles, province of Bolzano, renewed the town's bond with its spring excellence.
