The historic chamber music review dedicated to young concert talents
Among the longest-running musical reviews in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Musicainsieme is the historic chamber showcase promoted by the Centro Iniziative Culturali Pordenone. For almost half a century, the review has brought some of the most interesting international performers to Pordenone, with a particular focus on young concert talents.
The events are held at the Auditorium of the Casa Zanussi Cultural Centre, a venue that has become a reference point for classical and chamber music enthusiasts in the region over the years. A quality offering, carefully curated in its programming and choice of performers.
Musicainsieme's distinctive feature is its commitment to young talent: the review offers its stage to emerging performers who have already made a name for themselves in major international competitions and concert halls, supporting their careers and presenting them to the Pordenone audience. To top it off, the Musicainsieme Award recognizes the most promising talents.
With the support of the Municipality of Pordenone and the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, Musicainsieme confirms its commitment to accessible culture by offering free admission concerts. This is a legacy that the review carries forward as the city moves towards Italian Capital of Culture 2027.
The 49th edition of Musicainsieme takes place over five Sundays, from February 1st to March 8th, 2026, at the Auditorium of the Casa Zanussi Cultural Centre in Pordenone. The review reaffirms its distinctive focus: young talents of international concert music, in free admission concerts.
Opening the edition is cellist Ettore Pagano, a twenty-three-year-old already recognized as an international star and winner of the Abbiati Prize 2025, accompanied by Austrian pianist Maximilian Kromer, a soloist at the Musikverein and Konzerthaus in Vienna. The review also includes the awarding of the Musicainsieme Prize.
The complete program for the five Sundays, with individual performers and repertoire, is available on the official website of the Centro Iniziative Culturali Pordenone.
