2025 Edition
The weekend of October 11 and 12, 2025, Nosellari, a hamlet of Folgaria on the Alpe Cimbra (Trentino-Alto Adige), hosted a new edition of the Mountain Agriculture Festival. The main day, Sunday, October 12, at the Nosellari Sports Center from 10 am to 5 pm, featured the Slow Food Earth Market with local producers.
At the center of the celebration were the Nosellari leek and the Cimbrian Cardoncello mushroom, with a lunch by reservation featuring leek and pumpkin lasagna, polenta, and apple pie. The afternoon concluded with a folk-rock concert by I Luf, as part of the Alpitudini festival, alongside cheesemaking demonstrations, farm animals, and children's workshops.
