Mortadella Please 2025

The 17th edition of Mortadella Please was held from October 10th to 12th, 2025, in the center of Zola Predosa (Bologna). For three days, the town celebrated its "Pink Queen" with tastings of original and traditional mortadella-based recipes, served at the restaurant curated by the IPSAR "Veronelli" hotel management institute and at stalls managed by local volunteers, including a gluten-free option.

For all three days, a stall dedicated to typical DOP and IGP products was set up, with the green asparagus of Altedo IGP as the star on Friday evening. There were also pairings with wines from the Colli Bolognesi and, on Saturday afternoon, the "Mortadella & Pignoletto Trekking" with a tasting stop at the Manaresi winery. On Sunday, October 12th, from 9 AM to 12 PM, visits to the Alcisa and Felsineo plants took place.
