Europe's biggest Halloween night at the Imola Circuit
Every October 31st, the Monsterland Halloween Festival lights up the Enzo e Dino Ferrari International Circuit in Imola, in the heart of the Metropolitan City of Bologna, Emilia-Romagna. Born from an idea by Milanese promoter William Gay, who has been behind some of Italy's most innovative festivals since 2010, the event landed at the Imola circuit in 2025 and immediately became a national attraction, drawing over 30,000 people in a single night.
Spanning over 60,000 square meters, the festival features 12 themed stages ranging from urban to electronic to techno. Boxes, hangars, and outdoor paddock areas are transformed into nightmarish scenes, with immersive sets, horror effects, performances, and attractions. Alongside the music, a true horror amusement park with adrenaline-pumping rides, a Monster House Experience, and themed environments complete the experience, designed to last all night, from 6 PM to 5 AM.
Monsterland brings together top names from the Italian scene and international circuits each year. The main stagesโfrom the Horror Warehouse Stage dedicated to rap and urban, to the electronic Witch Forest Stage, to the techno Galactica Main Stageโhost headliners and DJ sets that alternate for hours, accompanied by themed box stages curated by labels and collectives. It's one of the few opportunities in Italy to experience such a wide range of genres and artists in a single night.
The Imola Circuit, world-renowned for the Formula 1 Grand Prix and linked to the memory of Enzo and Dino Ferrari, proves itself a capable venue for major music events. The circuit's choice allows for ample space, solid infrastructure, and easy accessibility, making Monsterland a European-scale event in the Halloween night landscape. For the city of Imola, the event has translated into a strong tourist draw, with a significant increase in arrivals and overnight stays during the period.
Aimed primarily at a young audience passionate about live music and clubbing, Monsterland is more than just a concert: it's a total experience of music, spectacle, themed costumes, and thrilling atmospheres. Those looking for the most spectacular way to experience Halloween night in Italy will find their reference event here, at the Imola Circuit.
After its Imola debut in 2025, the Monsterland Halloween Festival returns to the Imola Circuit for its anticipated encore: mark your calendars for Saturday, October 31st, 2026, from 6 PM to 5 AM.
