Mirano's Sport Celebrated
The Mirano Sport Festival, in the province of Venice, is the major event that showcases the city's rich sporting fabric. For about two weeks, the program includes demonstrations, conferences, events at sports facilities, and festive moments, involving sports clubs, schools, and families.
Demonstrations, Conferences, and Inaugurations
The schedule alternates between open trials and demonstrations of disciplines practiced in the city, conferences on the relationship between sport and education, themed theatrical performances, and the inauguration of new facilities, such as the Scaltenigo cycling track. Events take place at the municipal facilities and the Mirano Stadium.
The Grand Finale and Awards
The highlight is the colorful parade of sports clubs along Viale delle Rimembranze, followed by the official awards, including the Alfiere dello Sport Award. The event is organized by the Municipality of Mirano in collaboration with the local sports clubs and schools.
Sport Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Mirano Sport Festival takes place from May 16 to 31 at the municipal facilities, the Mirano Stadium, and Viale delle Rimembranze. Two weeks of demonstrations, conferences, shows, and inaugurations involving sports clubs and schools.
The program culminates on May 30th with the colorful parade of sports clubs along Viale delle Rimembranze and the official awards, including the Alfiere dello Sport Award.

How to get there
Mirano (VE) is reachable by car from the A4 motorway (Dolo-Mirano exit) and by bus from intercity lines from Venice and Padua. Events take place at the municipal sports facilities, the Mirano Stadium, and Viale delle Rimembranze.
