The Olympic ice hockey tournaments at the new Santa Giulia Arena

The facility was built specifically for the Olympics, with a capacity of approximately 16,000 spectators. It hosted the men's and women's ice hockey tournament matches, including the final stages for the medal awards. For the city, it represents one of the main infrastructural legacies of the Games.

The men's tournament started on February 11 and ended on February 22, with the bronze medal final on the 21st and the gold medal final on the 22nd.
