Every second Sunday of the month between antiques and collectibles
The Mercatino dell'Antiquariato di Montegrotto Terme is a well-established tradition in the centre of the spa town, in the province of Padua. Every second Sunday of the month, the squares and streets of the centre transform into a large open-air market dedicated to antiques, second-hand items, and collectibles.
The stalls are spread along Viale Stazione and in Piazza Primo Maggio and Piazza Carmignoto, welcoming hobbyists and antique dealers from all over the region. Among the stalls, you can find vintage furniture, prints, ceramics, records, books, coins, and all sorts of curiosities, in a hunt for rare pieces that attracts enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.
With twelve annual editions, the market is one of the most regular events in Montegrotto Terme's calendar. Admission is free, and the event, organised by the Municipality, helps to liven up the historic centre all year round, offering residents and tourists an opportunity for a stroll and unusual shopping just a stone's throw from the thermal baths.
Throughout 2026, the Mercatino dell'Antiquariato returns every second Sunday of the month in the centre of Montegrotto Terme, from 9:00 AM to sunset.
