Montebelluna's Widespread Christmas
Christmas in Montebelluna, in the province of Treviso, is a widespread calendar of events that enlivens the town from the end of November until January 6th. Organized by the Municipality of Montebelluna, it combines markets, lights, nativity scenes, and many initiatives for families in the squares and streets of the historic center.
Santa Claus Village and Skating Rink
The heart of the celebration is the Santa Claus Village set up in front of the Town Hall, with Santa's house, a space for creative workshops, and a post office to send letters to Lapland, all immersed in a path of lights and themed installations of Montello. At the Sedese, the ice skating rink comes to life, alongside stalls with hot drinks, typical sweets, and refreshment points.
Nativity Scenes, Markets, and Shows
The program includes the nativity scene exhibition at Villa Correr Pisani, in Biadene, and the "Map of Nativity Scenes" scattered throughout churches, cooperatives, and gardens of the town. Among the most beloved events are the tree lighting and the Santa Claus Run on December 8th, the inauguration of the nativity scene in Piazza Dall'Armi, the Santas on motorcycles, and shows at Palamazzalovo. Markets, live music, exhibitions by local artists, music and dance schools complete a Christmas that involves the entire community.

The 2026 Christmas in Montebelluna will reprise the format that made the event popular: the Santa Claus Village in front of the Town Hall, the skating rink at the Sedese, the markets in the town center streets, the lights and installations themed around Montello, and the large nativity scene exhibition at Villa Correr Pisani, in Biadene.
The precise dates and the full program, including the tree lighting, Santa Claus Run, nativity scene inauguration, and shows, will be announced by the Municipality of Montebelluna in the weeks before the event begins.
