The Marostica Summer Festival Volksbank is the concert series that transforms Piazza Castello, in the heart of the walled town of Marostica (province of Vicenza, Veneto), into an open-air arena every summer. The square, which hosts the famous chessboard, becomes the stage for a series of major concerts for several weeks, with a capacity that can accommodate several thousand spectators in a unique historical context.
A lineup of Italian and international music
The programming alternates between protagonists of Italian music—from singer-songwriters to pop—and international guests, offering a lineup capable of satisfying very different audiences. The intimate and cozy setting of the square, with the castle as a backdrop, makes every evening a different experience from large stadium gatherings.

How to get there
Marostica is reachable by car from the A31 motorway (exit Dueville or Thiene-Schio) in the direction of Bassano del Grappa. The nearest train station is Bassano del Grappa (about 8 km away), connected by bus. The concerts are held in Piazza Castello, in the pedestrianized historic center.
