Mantovana – Utopia Nomadi Tribute (dinner and concert)

A Nomadi-themed evening in the heart of the Monferrato area

In Mantovana, a small village in the municipality of Predosa, in the province of Alessandria (Piedmont), the summer event that combines two great local passions returns: fine Piedmontese cuisine and live music. The Pro Loco Mantovana is organizing an evening on Via XXV Aprile that brings together a convivial dinner and a concert by Utopia, one of the most acclaimed tribute bands dedicated to the Nomadi.

Born to bring the songs of the legendary Emilian band to the public, Utopia is recognized as one of the leading acts for the Nomadi repertoire: from historic tracks like Io vagabondo, Dio è morto, and Auschwitz, to the most recent pieces from the new lineup. On the Mantovana stage, you will rediscover the energy and emotion of over fifty years of Italian music, in a concert designed for everyone to sing along together under the summer stars.

Dinner first, then the music

The evening follows the tried-and-tested formula of Monferrato village festivals: start at the table and finish on the dance floor. The Pro Loco kitchen service opens at 8:00 PM with traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared by volunteers, while the concert kicks off at 10:00 PM and continues until late. It is the ideal opportunity to discover the hospitality of a village that, despite its size, boasts a long tradition of popular events, starting with the famous Piedmontese Boiled Meat Festival (Sagra del Bollito Misto) that attracts visitors from across the province every summer.

A community event

Like all initiatives by the Pro Loco Mantovana, this evening is born from the work of volunteers and the spirit of togetherness that characterizes Piedmontese villages. Admission to the concert is free, and the atmosphere is the informal and welcoming one of a village festival, perfect for families, groups of friends, and fans of Italian singer-songwriter music.
