Mantovana – Bollito and Bagnet Festival

The 2025 edition of the Bollito and Bagnet Festival in Mantovana di Predosa (Alessandria) confirmed the event's proven formula: a full week of evenings in August, with the covered food stands of the Pro Loco Mantovana dedicated to Piedmontese mixed boiled meat accompanied by the classic bagnet.

As every year, alongside the star dish, there was no shortage of other typical Piedmontese cuisine and, after dinner, the essential evenings of live music and dancing with orchestras, which enlivened the village until late in the evening in the heart of Monferrato.
