Edition 2025 — Mangè d'una volta – Al Buji

In 2025, the Pro Loco Pombia APS once again hosted "Al Buji," the bollito misto lunch from the "Mangè d'una volta" series, during the Lenten season. This recurring event took place at the Via Garibaldi Social Center in Pombia (NO), with limited seating and mandatory reservations, celebrating traditional Piedmontese cuisine and village conviviality.

The 2025 edition of "Al Buji" upheld the tradition of bollito misto in Pombia during Lent. The Pro Loco Pombia APS gathered regulars and curious visitors at the Via Garibaldi Social Center for a convivial lunch featuring Piedmontese boiled meats, prepared and served by local volunteers. As is customary, seating was limited and reservations were mandatory, confirming the event's established place in the culinary calendar of this Novara town.

The lunch is part of the "Mangè d'una volta" series, through which the Pro Loco revives the rustic and popular dishes of the Upper Novara region throughout the year. "Al Buji" represents the chapter dedicated to Lent: a simple and genuine opportunity to gather around the table, share the flavors of the past, and support the efforts of the volunteers who bring social life in Pombia to life.
