Madonna Boschi Festival of Salamina da Sugo al Cucchiaio

The 2025 Edition

The Madonna Boschi Festival of Salamina da Sugo al Cucchiaio returned in 2025 with the usual early autumn event. The festival was held on the weekends of September 19-21 and 26-28, and October 2-5, at the Palasalamina, with additional evenings with limited seating at the Pro Loco headquarters on October 10-12 and 17-19.

In 2025, service was also organized in two seatings: dinner from 7:10 PM and 9:00 PM on weekdays, and lunch from 12:10 PM and 2:00 PM on Sundays. On the menu was salamina da sugo al cucchiaio with mashed potatoes, accompanied by appetizers of local cured meats, salamina carpaccio with balsamic vinegar, homemade first courses such as fagottini with salamina ragù, nettle gnocchi, and lasagna with pumpkin purée. Reservations, as is tradition, were accepted only by phone.
