Lubriano Truffle Festival

Third edition, September 2025

From September 5th to 7th, 2025, the Parco G. Pistonami in Lubriano hosted the third edition of the Truffle Festival, after an initial announcement for August 22-24, which was later rescheduled to the first days of September.

The menu offered truffle fettuccine and fettuccine with meat sauce for first courses, truffle eggs as a traditional appetizer, truffle pork loin and hunter-style stew for main courses, with side dishes and desserts to finish. For those who do not like truffles, other typical Lubriano dishes were available.

The three evenings were enlivened by live music and performances, with free entry to the area and reservations collected via the Pro Loco numbers. The formula confirmed the vocation of the event: to enhance the truffles gathered in the woods of the Province of Viterbo and to introduce a village overlooking the Valle dei Calanchi.
