Edition 2025 — Dandelion Weeks

The 2025 edition of the Dandelion Weeks was held from April 12 to May 11 in the Upper Val di Non. During the dandelion bloom, restaurants in the Deutschnonsberg villages served dishes based on this wild herb, from soups and risottos to desserts, accompanied by farmers' markets and musical events.

2025 Edition

From April 12 to May 11, 2025, the Upper Val di Non celebrated the Dandelion Weeks. During the weeks of the plant's flowering, local chefs offered specialties such as dandelion soup, whole-grain risotto with dandelion and fresh cheese, and caramelized poppy seed cake with dandelion honey and apple.

Participating establishments included the CERVO Restaurant and the Berggasthof Pension Pfitscher, featuring traditional Tyrolean-Trentino menus. Accompanying the culinary offerings was a rich program of side events, including farmers' markets and musical moments in the municipalities of Proves and Senale-San Felice.
