Lo Spiedo Scoppiettando

In 2025, the gastronomic event Lo Spiedo Scoppiettando enlivened the Thursday evenings in autumn in Gussago, Franciacorta, until December 4th. The ten participating venues — including Trattoria Campagnola, Trattoria Canalino, Caricatore, Osteria della Santissima, and SteakHouse La Cicceria — offered the traditional menu at the fixed price of 30 euros: 'minestra sporca', Gussago De.Co. spit roast, polenta, baked potatoes, local wines, and to finish, De.Co. coffee and grappa. The initiative reaffirmed the strong bond between the Gussago community and its iconic dish, celebrating both culinary tradition and the hospitality of the Brescian territory.
