Edition 2025 — Lo Matsòn
In 2025, Lo Matsòn celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary on the weekend of September 6th and 7th, confirming itself as one of the most anticipated food and wine events in the Aosta Valley. Saturday was dedicated to alpine Fontina DOP, with a free masterclass and wine tastings at the Jardin de l'Ange and a performance by a folk group. On Sunday, the market opened at 9 am with over 70 exhibitors, including producers and artisans. The highlight was the cooking show by chef Carlo Cracco, who prepared the 'Lo Matsòn Dish' in front of the 300 lucky registered attendees. Numerous workshops for children and adults and the evening 'Beat & Bite' entertainment with DJ sets and street food were also featured.
