Edition 2025 — Le Vie del Gusto

The 2025 edition of Le Vie del Gusto took place in Vasanello from September 19 to 21, organized by the Class of 1985 Celebration Committee: wandering dinners on Friday and Saturday and lunch on Sunday, along a six-stop route in the historic center with traditional Tuscia dishes and Cantina Le Lase wines.

From September 19 to 21, 2025, the historic center of Vasanello, in the province of Viterbo, hosted a new edition of Le Vie del Gusto, curated by the Class of 1985 Celebration Committee. The food and wine tour was divided into six stops: appetizer and welcome cocktail in Piazza San Salvatore, pasta and chickpeas in Piazza della Libertà with Goccia white wine (Chardonnay), pici with meat sauce between Via Santa Maria and Piazza Padella with Fiamma (Merlot), sausage and chicory at Largo Gentili with Gaia Cecilia (Violone), wild boar stew in Via San Sebastiano with Cautha (Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot), and finally, traditional desserts in Piazza Ortaccio. The wines were provided by Cantina Le Lase. Dinners on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Sunday, in a weekend that once again combined flavors, history, and conviviality in the heart of Tuscia.

Programme

Friday, September 19 and Saturday, September 20 for dinner, Sunday, September 21 for lunch. Six-stop route: Piazza San Salvatore (appetizer and welcome cocktail), Piazza della Libertà (pasta and chickpeas with Goccia, Chardonnay), Via Santa Maria/Piazza Padella (pici with meat sauce with Fiamma, Merlot), Largo Gentili (sausage and chicory with Gaia Cecilia, Violone), Via San Sebastiano (wild boar stew with Cautha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot), Piazza Ortaccio (traditional desserts and finale).
