Late Summer Flavors

The 2025 edition of Late Summer Flavors took place in the village center of San Genesio Atesino/Jenesien, in the province of Bolzano, following the now-traditional formula of an early September gourmet evening. Starting at 6:00 PM, the streets of the village were filled with stands featuring typical specialties and local culinary delights, while the local craft market offered handmade creations.

As every year, the event represented one of the first appointments of the rich autumn food and wine season on the Salto Plateau, which continues with the Schupfenfest, Törggelen, and the chestnut festival, confirming San Genesio's role as a gourmet destination just a stone's throw from Bolzano.
