La Repubblica del Gusto

The 2025 edition confirmed the success of La Repubblica del Gusto in Noli, on the picturesque Passeggiata dei Pescatori. The over twenty Slow Food stands offered zero-km products from the region and fresh fish of the day, in a route dedicated to quality and short supply chains.

The demonstration of fishing with the 'sciabica', the traditional technique that tells the maritime soul of the ancient Maritime Republic, was also featured. Organized by Pro Loco Noli with the support of the Slow Food presidia of Savona, the review confirmed its role as a showcase for the food and wine excellences of the Riviera di Ponente.

The review took place on the Passeggiata dei Pescatori with over 20 Slow Food stands (zero-km products and fresh fish) and the demonstration of fishing with the 'sciabica'.
