Edition 2025 — La Bonissima

The 15th edition of La Bonissima took place from October 17th to 19th, 2025, in Piazza Grande in Modena. Three days dedicated to typical Modenese products with over 600 specialties, more than 30 producers, show cooking, gastronomic contests, and the Palio del Parmigiano Reggiano. The event, with free admission, confirmed its role as a showcase of the territory's excellences in the UNESCO World Heritage historic center.

2025 Edition

From October 17th to 19th, 2025, Piazza Grande in Modena hosted the 15th edition of La Bonissima, the festival of taste and typical Modenese products. Visitors could discover over 600 specialties offered by more than 30 producers and artisans, from Parmigiano Reggiano to Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, from tortellini to gnocco fritto.

Among the events were the Palio del Parmigiano Reggiano with the competition between plains and mountain dairies, contests dedicated to passatelli and hotel schools, cooking workshops, and guided tours of the historic center. The event, with free admission and organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Modena, enlivened the heart of the Emilia-Romagna city with tastings, show cooking, and moments of conviviality.
