Edition 2025 — La Bollita del Tonno
The first edition of La Bollita del Tonno was held on June 28 and 29, 2025, along the Via del Mare in Oliveri, at the former Tonnara, driven by the Municipal Administration led by Mayor Francesco Iarrera and coordinated by Eurofiere Srl.
The event was organized into five thematic areas: Stations of History, with exhibitions and a visit to the historic palischermo; Sea, Fish, and Environment, with sustainability workshops; La Bollita del Tonno, with preparation in the cauldron starting at 6:00 PM and the participation of Master Salter Alfio Visalli; conferences with industry experts; and cooking shows.
In the kitchen, chef Salvo Terruso (Il Pastaio Matto) took the stage on Saturday the 28th, followed by chef Nato Micale, president of APCI Sicilia, on Sunday the 29th. During the two days, seabed and beach cleaning activities were also carried out with the support of WWF SUB and Slow Fish Sicilia.
