Edition 2025 — Klosterbräufest Pietralba

In the summer of 2025, the Klosterbräu brewery in Weißenstein/Pietralba, inaugurated in 2024, enlivened the season with its craft beers served in the beer garden next to the sanctuary, in the municipality of Nova Ponente/Deutschnofen (BZ). Between tastings of the blonde Hell and the amber Sinner and traditional South Tyrolean specialties, the young brewery attracted pilgrims and hikers at an altitude of 1,520 meters, in the South Tyrolean Dolomites.

During the 2025 summer season, the young Klosterbräu craft brewery, established in 2024 in the old barn of the Maria Weißenstein/Pietralba Sanctuary (Nova Ponente/Deutschnofen, BZ), welcomed pilgrims, hikers, and beer enthusiasts to its garden overlooking the Dolomites.

The house beers — the unfiltered blonde Hell and the amber Sinner, with notes of caramel, hazelnut, and honey — were the stars of tastings paired with speck and alpine cheeses, solidifying Pietralba as a new reference point for South Tyrolean brewing culture at an altitude of 1,520 meters.
