Ju Salavaticu Festival 2025
The 2025 edition of the festival took place on Saturday, July 19, in Piazza della Repubblica in Roviano, from 4:00 PM until midnight, as part of the Roviano ZOE FEST summer program. Organized by the Pro Loco of Roviano, the festival saw an extraordinary turnout, transforming the historic center into a meeting point for taste, tradition, and folk music.
Alongside the tasting of ju salavaticu, the wild mint fritter that symbolizes the rural civilization of the Aniene Valley, the evening was enlivened by a concert from the group I Trillanti with their show Tradizione 2.0, a modern reinterpretation of the folk repertoire of Lazio. A successful edition that confirmed the festival as one of the most beloved summer events in the valley.
